We specialize in premium raw Cambodian hair.  Each bundle is 100% raw, cut directly from a single donor, ensuring natural textures, longevity, and effortless blending.

2. What’s the difference between raw and virgin hair?

  • Raw hair: 100% unprocessed, no chemicals, steam, or silicone coating. Naturally full, long-lasting, and can last 3–5 years with proper care.

  • Virgin hair: May have undergone light processing (steam or gentle treatments). Raw hair is rarer and considered more premium.

3. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our raw hair lasts 3–5 years. Treat it like your own natural hair—wash bi-weekly, condition often, and protect at night.

4. Can I bleach or dye the hair?

Yes! Our hair is 100% raw, which means it can be lifted and colored by a professional. For best results, always consult a licensed stylist.

5. Does the hair shed or tangle?

All raw hair experiences minimal shedding, just like natural hair. To reduce shedding, avoid cutting into the wefts and seal them if desired. Our hair is cuticle-aligned, which minimizes tangling.

6. How many bundles do I need?

  • 14–18 inches: 2–3 bundles

  • 20–24 inches: 3 bundles

  • 26+ inches: 4 bundles or more (for extra fullness)

7. Do you offer bundle deals?

8. How do I care for my extensions?

  • Wash bi-weekly with sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner

  • Detangle with a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots

  • Use heat protectant when styling

  • Wrap hair in a silk scarf or bonnet at night

9. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before checkout. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
