A pH-balanced product is recommended to maintain moisture levels.

Washing raw extensions should be done sparingly, ideally every 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the level of product buildup and environmental exposure. When washing, it is crucial to use lukewarm water and avoid hot water, as it can lead to frizz and damage. Gently detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb before washing to prevent breakage. Smooth shampoo from the weft to the tip and avoid vigorously rubbing the product through the hair.
